Planting
in the base |

¡¡¡¡The seed will be chosen and supplied
by agricultural department. If customers choose the seed,
we will purchase according to customers¡¯ requirements, if
customers do not choose, we must choose high disease resistance,
good quality, fertility, easy to store and good seed quality.
The seeds contract must be signed before purchasing.
¡¡¡¡Gene transform products must comply with importing country
and national regulation and approved by customers
¡¡¡¡The seed must comply with national and state plant quarantine
requirements: the pureness, cleanness, burgeon rate and
moisture must reach national quality standard.
¡¡¡¡Seed must be stored in special storage, manage by special
person. The store must comply with sanitation, antisepsis,
light avoid, ventilation and dryness requirements, fire
extinguishing equipments must be prepared. The seed with
short life must store in gas ventilation warehouse.
¡¡¡¡Before seedling, the seed must be tested for burgeon rate
by technicians, the seed can be planted after the test is
success.
¡¡¡¡If the seed need to go through processing, it must not
affect the quality and safety of the seed, the procedure
need to be recorded.
¡¡¡¡1£®Varieties and the management of fountainhead
¡¡¡¡¡¡According to growth order and female parents management,
to reduce the usage of
¡¡¡¡¡¡pesticide and chemicals, to make the chemicals and fertilizers
record.
¡¡¡¡2£®The quality of seeds and female parents
¡¡¡¡¡¡The quality must be strictly controlled; the supplier
must provide the quality
¡¡¡¡¡¡certification and seed quarantine certification.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The record must be prepared after processing, the supplying
record must be provided
¡¡¡¡¡¡by¡¡suppliers, the name and usage of the products must
be illustrate in the record.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The pests monitoring group must be founded, technicians
will inspect the quality seed

¡¡¡¡¡¡In EUREPGAP base, the gene transforming plant cannot
be planted.
¡¡¡¡4£®Company establishes planting plan, the base will plant
seed according to the planting
¡¡¡¡¡¡ plan.

Base
management |

¡¡¡¡There is a manager for each base
who is responsible for the management and maintenance of
the production and facilities.
¡¡¡¡There must be sufficient technicians and plant protectors
for each base. Technicians are responsible for the planting
instruction and technical management. Plant protectors must
have qualified certification granted by government, plant
protectors are responsible for the life forms investigation
and preventive instruction.
¡¡¡¡The base must have plane distributing map and planting
distributing map. Distributing map and relative regulations
will deliver to base office.
¡¡¡¡There will be two routine inspections for the soil and
water source in the base. If any circumstance changes may
effect the quality of products, chemical components and
contents must be tested.
¡¡¡¡Each plant in each base must have separate file, all parts
of production must be illustrated in details. Base must
obey the management of the company to execute production
strictly according to the technical regulation and planting
techniques.
¡¡¡¡Protect the base environment. Report to the management
department if environmental pollution or toxics have been
found.
¡¡¡¡1£®Identification and construction of the base
¡¡¡¡¡¡Each base must be identified and the field operation
must be recorded.
¡¡¡¡¡¡Company designs the distributing map, soil map and physiognomy
map.
¡¡¡¡¡¡Barrel drains must be set around the base to reduce the
erosion of the soil.
¡¡¡¡2£®Cultivation
¡¡¡¡¡¡The quality of the soil must comply with ¡¶soil and environment
quality standard---
¡¡¡¡¡¡ GB15618-1995¡· and ¡¶NY 5010£2001 environmental friendly
foods and vegetables
¡¡¡¡¡¡ production environment¡·¡£
¡¡¡¡¡¡Every time before planting, company will turn the base
over to prevent plant disease,
¡¡¡¡¡¡ insect pests and soil harden.
¡¡¡¡¡¡Base should not use radical soil
¡¡¡¡3£®Fertilizer usage
¡¡¡¡¡¡The plant protection person with relative qualified certification
will decide types
¡¡¡¡¡¡ and quantities of fertilizer.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The type, quantity and fertilization personnel of fertilizer
usage must be recorded in
¡¡¡¡¡¡ details.
¡¡¡¡¡¡Sewage and sullage cannot be used in the base.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The sources and characteristics of farmhouse fertilizer
must be evaluated; the
¡¡¡¡¡¡ evaluation includes disease, ruderal weed, compost ways
and etc.
¡¡¡¡4£®Irrigation
¡¡¡¡¡¡The irrigation water quality must comply with ¡¶NY 5010£2001
environmental friendly
¡¡¡¡¡¡ products environmental circumstances of vegetable production
area¡·ºÍ¡¶irrigating
¡¡¡¡¡¡ water quality standard GB5084-92¡·¡£
¡¡¡¡¡¡The irrigating water must be analyzed once a year. Analytical
subject includes N, P, K,
¡¡¡¡¡¡ Ec, PH, microbes, pesticide residue, heavy metals and
etc. If any subject that is not
¡¡¡¡¡¡ accord with regulations, the water source will be disposed,
this base can only be used
¡¡¡¡¡¡ after correspondent changing of the soil.
¡¡¡¡¡¡There must be sufficient water supply in the base.
¡¡¡¡5£®The use of plant protective products
¡¡¡¡¡¡Company establishes ¡¶Schedule of permitted pesticide¡·,
this schedule includes applied
¡¡¡¡¡¡crops, use frequency, the largest residue and dosage.
This also includes Chinese name
¡¡¡¡¡¡and English name of the pesticide, prevention and cure
object, dosage and using
¡¡¡¡¡¡ method.¡¶Schedule of permitted pesticide¡·must be permitted
by European Union.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The variety and quality of the pesticide must be decided
by plant protection personnel,
¡¡¡¡¡¡the plant protection personnel must have qualified certification.
¡¡¡¡¡¡All pesticides must be registered by government.
¡¡¡¡¡¡Record the pesticide using record and fertilizer using
record in details, the types of
¡¡¡¡¡¡fertilizer, the dosage, using method, soil, name of the
base, prevention and cure
¡¡¡¡¡¡object, spraying equipment, time interval between harvesting
period and name of the
¡¡¡¡¡¡operators and plant protection personnel.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The calibration of pesticide spraying equipments must
strictly comply with ¡¶verified
¡¡¡¡¡¡regulation of pesticide spraying equipments¡·. The equipments
must be checked twice a
¡¡¡¡¡¡year.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The maintenance and protection of pesticide spraying
equipments must be recorded
¡¡¡¡¡¡ before and after using in ¡¶daily maintenance record
of equipments¡·
¡¡¡¡¡¡Before use of pesticide, the pesticide must be confected
by the requirements of plant
¡¡¡¡¡¡protection personnel and pesticide labels.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The three sides of empty container of pesticide must
be cleaned, cleanout lotion pours
¡¡¡¡¡¡into the final solution.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The remaining solution must be stored in the container
appointed by company.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The empty container must be stored together and reclaimed
by environmental
¡¡¡¡¡¡protection department of state government.
¡¡¡¡¡¡The out of date pesticide must be stored in appointed
warehouse and reclaimed by
¡¡¡¡¡¡environmental protection department of state government.
¡¡¡¡¡¡Protective suit must be worn during spraying.

Training
of base employees |

1£®Plant protection personnel teach
how to use pesticide and fertilizer to the employees in
¡¡ the base.
2£®The technicians will teach base employees of field operation,
which includes planting,
¡¡ increase survival rate, membrane covering, harvest management,
sanitary control and etc.
3£®Base employees must be trained with first aid of pesticide
poisoning, bone fracture,
¡¡ electric shock, heatstroke, mechanics, fire protection
safety, and flee from the fire
¡¡ scene.

Harvest
and transportation of products |

1£®Employees also need to be trained
with self-sanitation, individual sterilizing, equipments
¡¡ sanitation, equipments sterilizing, sterilizing interval
and harvest specification.
2£®Raw materials must send to company for processing immediately
after harvesting.
3£®The transporting vehicles need to be maintained and sterilized
before and after use, the
¡¡ maintenance and sterilization need to be recorded.
4£®The distance between toilets and sterilizing facilities
should not exceed 500m.
5£®The base must special equipments to harvest raw materials.
The equipments warehouse
¡¡ can not be used to store chemicals, lubricants, gasoline,
detergent, plant piece and
¡¡ meal box.
6£®During harvesting, workers and equipments must be cleaned
once in two hours and record
¡¡ in file. The density must comply with SSOP system.
7£®During harvesting, workers must execute sanitary control
procedure according to company
¡¡ regulation.
8£®The loading of raw materials must be very careful to prevent
harm on the body.
